Welcome to NomadLife! Our villa is provided solely for purpose of accommodation and professional working purposes. The terms "we", "us", "our" refer to NomadLife Nicaragua, a branch of Life Before Work Travel. The term "you" refers to the client visiting and booking space at our property.
Accommodations are out villa are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, you will be unable to join us for a stay at NomadLife. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice.
As a condition of joining us at this property, you hereby signify your awareness and agreement of the following;
i. While we do everything in our power to avoid it, internet access may sometimes be interrupted due to circumstances out of our control.
ii. From time to time, the property does experience power outages, but we do have generators on hand to avoid any disruption to your stay with us. We do recommend that all of our guests use surge protection and NomadLife cannot be held accountable for any damage caused in the absence of such.
iii. You will use our internet connection in a respectful manner, ie. avoid excessive unnecessary usage, downloading torrents etc.
iv. You will remain respectful of other guests and the property itself at all times.
v. You will respect the house-wide quiet time of 11:00pm - 8:00am during the week unless otherwise specified.
vi. All information you have provided to us is current and correct.
vii. Your complete balance will have been paid in full prior to your arrival at NomadLife.
viii. Give a minimum of 24 hour notice prior any meal plan cancellation as well as pay for your meal plan in advance. Also, please respect that our fridge is communal and do not eat food that does not belong to you. All food must be labeled.
ix. NomadLife is not responsible in the event of any theft, loss or damage. Lost and Found items will be kept by the staff for 3 months. They can be retrieved at NomadLife only. No items can be sent. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
x. You will always ensure the gate is shut and locked behind you whenever you enter or exit the property.
Additionally, you agree not to:
i. Damage any property belonging to NomadLife or any other guests on the property, and if such occurs you agree to pay any costs to repair/replace any damaged goods.
ii. Participate in any illegal activities while staying on the premises.
iii. Leave air conditioning running when you are not in your room.
iv. Enter the room of another guest without explicit permission.
